Manang district situated in Gandaki Province was hit by a mild earthquake on Sunday noon. The tremor measuring 4.7 magnitude was recorded at epicentre Thoche of Manang at 12.54 pm, according to the Seismological Department.
However, no immediate damage from the earthquake was reported during the incident. The tremor was also felt by people living in the neighbouring districts, Kaski, Lamjung and Mustang districts.
