Indian ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava, who was admitted to Grandy Hospital in Kathmandu on Saturday is recovering from the illness. He was taken to the hospital on a Nepal Army helicopter on Saturday after he fell ill while on a hiking on Champadevi hill in Lalitpur district. After he complained about chest pain he was airlifted to Kathmandu and admitted to the hospital.
After the treatment his condition has returned to normal and he is currently taking rest in the hospital, Indian Embassy officials said without much elaborating.
