Senior Vice Chairman of the main opposition CPN (Maoist Center) Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that the Maoist Center will be transformed ant restructured so that it will rise again.
“We have ample chance to rise. We will transform and reform our party in view of the Gen Z movement,” remarked the Maoist leader talking to the journalists Monday while inspecting the party head office which was vandalised during the Gen Z protest on September 10. Talking about the damage in the central office of the Maoist Center, vice chairman Shrestha said that many things including furniture have been burnt down, glasses smashed although the building had remained in tact.
He condemned vandalism and arson during protest although the issues raised by the Gen Z demonstrators are genuine and they should be addressed.
