The Supreme Court (SC) has ruled in favor of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain.
In response to a writ petition filed by Prasai SC ruled government authorities concerned to allow running the Prasai’s medical college.
A joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Kumar Chudal and Saranga Subedi issued the order on Monday in response to a writ filed by Prasain on behalf of B&C Medical College in Jhapa.
Prasain had filed the writ against the Medical Education Commission on July 5, 2020 and July 14, 2020 after the B &C Medical College was denied affiliations to run medicine programs.
