
Nepal Telecom has started the use of robot service to upgrade customer services.
A robot service named AI Jack has been started at NTC Office Sundhara according to a press release issued by NTC. Daily 200 to 300 service providers visit the office and due to a lack of staff service was delayed, according to an official at NTC. “Now we expect the robot will make work easier” the official said adding “From inquiry to NTC service robot will furnish answers to about 600 questions.”
