Nepal Remit International Pvt. Ltd. and Rastriya Banijya Bank have reached an agreement on Friday, with a view to channelizing remittance received from foreign countries through banking system. CEO of RB Bank Kiran Kumar Shrestha and CEO of Nepal Remit International Sagar Khanal inked in the agreement paper.
Nepal Remit, a private sector entity, has been involved in the area of remittance for the last 17 years and government run RBB has been providing services to the customers throughout the country through its 265 branches and 46 exchange counters. With this agreement, Nepalese people can now receive remittance sent from different countries around the world in all 77 districts across the country through banking channels.
