An earthquake has hit Sindhupalchowk district on Saturday around mid-night, according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre. The 4.5 magnitude tremor was recorded around Nulthala Kharka area of Sindhupalchowk at 11.35 pm on March 28. The earthquake was also felt in neighbouring districts including Kathmandu.
The epicentre of the earthquake is around 80 km North East of Kathmandu. However, there was no immediate report about any damage or human casualty from the earthquake
