Anandalaya Wellness Academy Nepal in collaboration with Cente for Bharat Studies (CBS), Mahidol University, Thailand organized a workshop on Friday, February 28, 2025 in Kathmandu.
ON the occasion, Dr. Adrish Brahmadatta, visiting professor and Course Coordinator, Yoga and Ayurveda (CBS), Mahidol University, Thailand gave a lecture -cum demonstration on wellness, yoga and meditation at Yatri Suites and Spa, Thamel, Kathmandu.
Anandalaya Wellness Academy in association with CBS, Mahidol University, Thailand will soon start courses on Wellness, Self-healing and Yoga in Kathmandu for Nepalese aspirants.
