The event saw the participation of more than 40 leading travel operators, media representatives, and local travel business representatives from Canada, alongside tourism professionals and businesses from Nepal and other countries. According to Shahadev Shrestha, founder of Everest Pioneer Trek, the event provided an excellent platform for international travel professionals to network and discuss new business opportunities. He expressed hope that such events would contribute to the growth and prosperity of Nepal’s tourism sector in the coming years. The event, designed to facilitate networking and coordination among experts from various stakeholders of the travel industry, featured presentations from Julia Williams, Community Lead for North America at ATTA, and Marvic Gil, a tourism specialist from Peru.
