Earthquake hits Sindhupalchowk

An earthquake measuring 4.2 magnitude in Richter scale hit Helambu Rural Municipality in Sindhupalchowk district., 100 km East of Kathmandu, at 7.03 am Friday, according to the National Earthquake Measurement Center. The tremor was also felt in Kathmandu and other neighbouring districts as well. So far, there is no information available regarding any damage caused by the earthquake.
