
The GSM mobile sim users of Nepal Telecom across the country can now update their KYC (Know Your Customer) statement registered in the company by themselves through online. The service has now been available from all the offices of the Nepal Telecom across the country starting from February 5, 2026, according to a notice published by the telecom.
Those customers who need to change or update their names or other information can fill up the firm online by visiting customer log-in-portal https://kyc.ntc.net.np/. For this purpose, one needs to type OTP received in one’s mobile phone and insert personal data and other information including five mostly used mobile numbers of the customer.
After completing the form, the customer is required to contact the nearest Nepal Telecom office or customer service centre for verification. The Nepal Telecom system will then update the information provided by the customer after completing the verification process.
