Earthquake hits Taplejung

An earthquake measuring 4.2 in the Richter scale jolted Taplejung district in Eastern Nepal on Sunday afternoon. According to the National Earthquake Monitoring Centre the tremor epicentred at Ankhop was recorded at 4:04 PM Sunday. however, there was no immediate reports about any damage in the incident. The tremor was also felt in neighbouring Panchthar district.
