South Asian Climate Action Conference – 23 in Kathmandu

A three day South Asian Climate Action Conference kicks off at Hotel Yellow Pagoda in Jamal, Kathmandu on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Vice President Ram Sahay Yadav will be the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony of the regional conference to be participated in by more than 100 delegates including 50 from abroad. The regional conference aims to provide a paltform for young leaders from various South Asian countries representing climate activities, researchers, scholars, government officials, university students, civil society champions and media persons, where they will discuss ways to counter the challenges of climate change, share ideas and experiences and learn from each other.
