‘Lets visit Lumbini’ Tiktok challenge concludes

Minister for Tourism and Culture Sudan Kirati amidst a programme on Monday distributed prizes to the winners of “Let’s visit Lumbini Tiktok challenge competition. The challenge was organized to promote domestic as well as international tourism in Lumbini, the birth place of Gautam Buddha.

Minister Kirati on the occasion thanked the participants and organizers of the event for their valuable contributions in promoting Lumbini among domestic and foreign visitors by organizing the programme. Speaking on the occasion Minister of State for Tourism Sushila Shripalu said, although Lumbini is like a diamond for the country, we have been able to promote it properly in the international arena. She also expressed confidence that the Tiktok challenge will help promote tourism in Lumbini to some extent.
