CPN – UML Chairman K.P. Sharma Oli has been elected to the House of Representatives from Jhapa 5 constituency with a huge margin. He secured 52,319 votes to defeat his nearest rival Khagraj Adhikari from Nepali Congress, who received 23,743. Oli has received highest number of votes in the Nov. 20 Parliamentary elections.
