NC CWC meeting on Tuesday

The Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) concluded on Sunday with the decision to meet again on Tuesday. During the meeting, leaders expressed their views on the general convention of the party’s sister organizations, US government’s MCC pact, holding district level conventions in the remaining districts, upcoming local level elections and other relevant political issues, according to NC leader and Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens Uma Regmi. Tuesday’s meeting will also discuss the issues pertaining to the motion of impeachment moved against Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana by the ruling parties.
