Prime Minister Sushila Karki has inducted retired Lt. General of Nepal Army Balananda Sharma as the Minister for Foreign Affairs on Friday. President Ramchandra Paudel has administered oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed minister at the President’s House Friday afternoon, according to a notice issued by the President’s Office.
With the appointment of new Foreign Minister the strength of Sushila Karki’s cabinet has reached 15. Prime Minister Karki, Chief Justice Prarkash Man Singh Raut among others were present on the occasion.
