Durga Subedi, spouse of Prime Minister Sushila Kaki has suffered from a health problem. He was admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital at Maharajgunj, Kathmandu on Thursday after complaining urine infection, according to hospital sources.
Doctors involved in his medical treatment has referred to go to India for his further treatment, said spokesperson of the hospital Dr. Gopal Sedhai. Subedi has been discharged from the hospital on Sunday. As he has shown some other health problems besides urine infection, he has been advised to go to India for treatment, the hospital sources said. He had undergone a prostrate operation some time ago.
