Nepal’s President Ramchandra Paudel has summoned the sessions of both the Houses of the Federal Parliament at 2 pm on Thursday, April 2. The president has convened the session of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly in accordance with the Article 93 (1) of the constitution on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
The first meeting of the HoR, formed following the election held on March 5, will take place on Thursday. Earlier on Monday, a cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar had recommended that the President call the session for Thursday.
