Jane Deepika Garrett crowned as Miss Universe 2023

Jane Deepika Garrett has won the title of Asian Paint Miss Universe. Deepika won the title of Miss Universe Nepal 2023 of the fourth season organized by Umang Creation. Deepika, a Nursing student from Kathmandu won the finale of Miss Universe at a ceremony held at Godawori’s conference centre, beating 20 contestants.As a woman who is curvy and who does not meet certain beauty standards, I ‘m here to represent women who are curvy, who struggle with weight gain, who struggle with hormonal issues,” she remarked after winning the crown.

Similarly, Garima Ghimire was the first runner-up, Budhisara Sunara was the second runner-up, Sitasma Pokhrel was the third runner-up and Abhilasa Lamsal was the fourth runner-up. The winner was crowned by Sophia Bhujel, the winner of Miss Universe Nepal 2022.The winning contestant will represent Nepal at the international stage of Miss Universe Nepal at El Salvador.
