The Nepal Weekly Two Nepalese climbers have gone missing in an avalanche occurred near the camp II of the Annapurna Peak. They have been identified as Rima Sherpa and Nima Tashi Sherpa from Solukhumbu district, according to Seven Summit Trekking Agency’s manager Thaneshwor Guragain. They have been missing since Monday morning as the Avalanche hit the mountain.
Search has already been started as soon as the avalanche occurred. A rescue helicopter from the Kathmandu has been sent for search and rescue operation.
