Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and his delegation arrived in Beijing Monday evening on an official visit to China at the cordial invitation of Premier Li Qiang. Upon his arrival at Beijing International Airport, PM Oli was received by Sun Weidong, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and Dr. Krishna Prasad Oli, Ambassador of Nepal to China.
PM Oli will hold a meeting with Chinese president Xi Jinping, on Tuiesday. On the same day, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with his Chinese counterpart Li Qiang. The Prime Minister will also meet Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, according to Foreign Ministry sources.
