Nepal’s new jersey for the upcoming T20 World Cup has been unveiled. Sports Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha and National Sports Council (NSC) Member Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising jointly unveiled the new jersey at a programme organized by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) in Kathmandu on Monday.

The bottom of the new jersey has images of rhinoceros and Mount Everest. The colours of the jersey includes red, light gray, and white hues. The word “Nepal” is distinctly printed in the center with yellow color, highlighted in blue. Positioned on the left and right sides respectively are the CAN emblem and the T20 World Cup logo. The collar, framing the neckline, is adorned in red. Additionally, both sleeves feature the flag of Nepal.

In the T-20 World Cup to be held in USA and the West Indies in June, Nepal has been placed in Group D, alongside Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, South Africa and the Netherlands. The top two teams from each group will be elevated to the Super 8.
