A moderate earthquake was recorded with its epicenter located at Suri in Dolakha district Saturday morning.
The earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale was recorded at 11:27 am. in Dolakha, according to the National Seismological Centre, Kathmandu.
The tremor also experienced in neighbouring Okhaldhunga, Ramechhap, Sindhupalchowk, Nuwakot districts as well as Kathmandu Valley.
However, there was no immediate reports of any damage or human casualty from the earthquake.
Earlier, an earthquake measuring 4.2 on Richter scale was recorded at 3.19 am on Saturday with the epicentre located at Gorkha district.
