PM Prachanda offers tribute to martyrs

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ Monday reached Shahid Memorial at Lainchaur in Kathmandu and laid a wreath there on the occasion of the Martyrs’ Day.  On the occasion, the PM stated that the federal democratic republic was possible due to martyrs’ life sacrifice. He was scheduled to inaugurate the Martyrs’ Park at Jagdol in Gokarna as well.    

The Day is being observed with various programmes across the country Monday. On the occasion, a morning procession was organised that started from Shanti Batika and concluded at Lainchaur.
