Journalist Poudyal among those killed in Pokhara air crash

Journalist Tribhuvan Poudyal is one of the 68 passengers, who were killed in the Yeti Airlines aircraft crash. His body has been identified. Thirty seven year old Poudyal is also the central executive member of the Federation of Nepalese Journalists’ Association, an umbrella organization of journalists of Nepal.

FNJ has issuing a statement expressed condolence on his sad demise. A resident of Pokhara late Poudyal was associated with a number of media organizations including a local daily, FM radio and television. He is survived by his mother, wife and a son. His death has caused irreparable damage to the Nepalese journalist fraternity, the FNJ said in the statement.
