The 4th edition of Nepal Infrastructure Summit – 2022 in Sept.

Nepal fourth edition of Infrastructure Summit NIS 2022 is scheduled to kick of in Kathmandu from September 8 and 9, 2022 at the joint initiative of Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport and Confederation of Nepalese Industries. The summit aims to bring more foreign investment in Nepal, which is a pre-requisite for high economic growth. Investment Board Nepal and Nepali Youth Construction Entrepreneur Community are the co-hosts of the mega event.

The main objectives of the event are to identify main obstacles to infrastructure development, to attract private investment in infrastructure, to help in attaining sustainable development goals and to prioritize green energy and measures to mitigate impacts of climate change.

During the summit substantive discussion will be held on key issues relating to infrastructure among various stakeholders including national and international infrastructure experts, investors and representatives of all three levels of government.
