Oli releases ‘Chakrabyuha ma Nepal ko Jalashrot’

Former Prime Minister K.P.Sharma Oli, former PM Lokendra Bahadur Chand and Water Resources Minister Pashupati Shumsher Rana among others jointly released a book on Nepal’s water politics entitled “Chakrabyuha Ma Nepal ko Jalashrot,” authored by former secretary Dwarika Nath Dhungel.

A host of speakers speaking on the occasion the highlighted the importance of the book adding that it is worth reading by all, politicians,

diplomats, government officials, water resources experts and students.

The 1,000 plus page book consists of 72 historical documents. This book is a life time achievement for the author, remarked commentator senior advocate Surendra Bhandari. The book clearly depicts Nepal’s water politics and is useful for all people, he added. Nepalese bureaucrats and politicians must read the book if they aims to formulate Nepal’s water strategy in future, pointed out, Madhav Belbase, a member of National Planning Commission.

The book published by Simal Publication is priced at Rs. 2,500.
