Nepal on Monday recorded 326 new cases of COVID-19 on along with 255 recoveries and two deaths, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). As many as 12,498 swab samples were tested for COVID-19 on the same day. Of them, 291 PCR and 35 antigen tests turned out to be positive for the deadly virus. So far, 11,598 people have died from the virus across the country. Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley recorded 184 cases of the virus on Monday. Of them, 140 were recorded in Kathmandu, 16 in Bhaktapur, and 28 in Lalitpur districts.
