Sher Bahadur Deuba government has recalled a dozen ambassadors who were appointed by previous government. The ambassadors to different countries, who were recalled by the government include Nepalese ambassadors to India, United States, Uk, China among others. A meeting of the council of ministers chaired by Deuba on Tuesday took a decision to recall all the ambassadors who were politically appointed by then K.P. Oli led government, government spokesperson Gyanendra Bahadur Karki told media. Nepalese ambassador to India Nilambar Acharya, Nepalese ambassador to China Mahendra Pandey and Nepalese ambassador to USA Yubaraj Khatiwada are among those who have been recalled by the government. With the decision now ambassador positions have fallen vacant in some two dozen countries.
