Police have arrested Surya Tamang, 35, who has been currently residing in Juddhashalik Dharmapath, Kathmandu Municipality Corporation -23 on charges of rape a minor girl. The man had raped an eight year old girl in a car parked in the premises of Old Municipality building at Dharmapath of Kathmandu. The police arrested him from the spot on Saturday on the basis of information furnished by the local people, according to the Nepal Police news bulletin.
